How does the shipping work at Shisha-World

We ship your order all over Europe with DHL 

When will my order arrive?

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. With this you can track your package.

After we have handed over your package to DHL, it takes about 1 - 3 days for delivery.

Shipping time - order to delivery: 4 - 7 days

Contactless delivery

Our shipping partner DHL offers you a contactless delivery. You will always receive a message from DHL announcing the parcel. About it you have the possibility e.g. to choose a desired place of delivery in front of your door.

In addition to this delivery, you also have other options. For example, you can change the delivery day if you will not be at home on the expected day of delivery.

Delivery to a packing station

We can also deliver your package to a shipping station. You can specify this as a different delivery address when completing your order.
